"Very pleased with the design, price and buying experience. Very fast delivery. As with most other reviewers I think that the lid handle design could be made more practical. Also, I previously had a similar tea pot with a plastic insulated cover and this one seemed to keep the tea hotter for longer, apart from that I am very pleased with the product and would recommend it. "A good teapot, pours well and well insulated. Lid is difficult to grip particularly when hot. Excellent service from Cup of Tea when immediate replacement when manufacturing fault found"

"In common with other reviews the only criticism I have is the internal lid is very difficult to get hold of. I am very satisfied"

"I ordered this teapot for my dad as it reminded me of the family teapot we had in the 70's It is a Fantastic reproduction looking teapot. The insulated cover sits snugly and keeps the tea nice and warm. My dad was delighted as it took him back to all the hours we spent drinking tea as a family at the kitchen table. My only criticism is that the lid of the china teapot is very hard to grip hold of, in particular when the teapot is warm. This makes refills of water very difficult."

"I bought my husband a white teapot with an aluminium cover for Christmas and was sent an email from yourselves to review the item. The link to the item for review did not work. I am writing to say that although the teapot is fine I wanted to make you aware that there is one drawback. The teapot lid is very difficult to take on/off as the handlegrip is far too small and I think it is only a matter of time before the lid is accidentally dropped especially when it is hot. Bit dissapointing as not cheap item."
