Returning a product

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully despatched to you – and we hope that you're happy with your purchase.

However, if you wish to return your item please ensure your items are in their original condition and returned within 30 days of receiving them. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where foodstuffs have been opened - unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If you believe the item you received is faulty please contact us prior to returning the item so we can arrange suitable carriage.

Non-faulty returned goods must be in re-saleable condition including original packaging where applicable. We will not accept non-faulty tea products for return if the original product packaging has been opened.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return. If you experience any difficulties with returning goods, please contact us.

We welcome all feedback about our service and try to deal with any difficulties or problems as quickly as possible. In most cases any problems can be resolved immediately by phone but if not we will advise you within 72 hours with an expected timescale for solving the issue.
