Welcome to Our Tea House

After more than 20 wonderful years of sharing our love of fine tea online with customers across the UK and beyond, we are delighted to open the doors to our very first physical Tea House.

You’ll find us in one of the most beautiful and iconic locations in the country - nestled in the heart of Betws-y-Coed, North Wales, at the gateway to Snowdonia (Eryri) National Park, surrounded by ancient woodland, cascading waterfalls and crisp mountain air.

This new chapter brings together the timeless ritual of tea with the calm and beauty of nature. Our Tea House is a warm, welcoming space designed for slowing down, savouring carefully selected loose-leaf teas, and enjoying the moment.

Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a peaceful retreat - a place to unwind, reconnect, and share a love of tea with fellow enthusiasts from near and far.
