"I was served this brew at Walters in Canberra and it was delicious I asked to be shown the tea and they obliged. I then purchased the tea from you. Unfortunately it’s nothing like the tea I was served at Walters. I intent to ask them if in fact their tea is Ronnefeldt English breakfast tea. I was shown the container with the trade name etc. sadly disappointed in your product."

"Hi Anne, Ronnefeldt have several English Breakfast teas in their retail range some of which which we sell. There are further blends in the hospitality ranges which are supplied to hotels. Unfortunately it means you may well have bought a different tea to the one you were served. Please ask the hotel for the stock code of the tea you were served so we can check to see what it is. You are welcome to return any unopened packs to us for a refund in the meantime. Best wishes, Simon."
