our high-quality matcha is crafted with the same care and precision that define centuries of tradition. The tea bushes are gently shaded before harvest to enrich their chlorophyll content and create a deep, vibrant green colour. Only the finest young leaves are selected, carefully steamed, dried, and stone-ground into an ultra-fine powder preserving the smooth, rich character of authentic Japanese matcha.

Our matcha is cultivated organically on the Taishan Tea Plantation, located in the north-western part of Zhejiang Province, and produced following traditional Japanese methods. Every step reflects the harmony, balance, and purity that make Japanese matcha so special.

When whisked, it reveals a beautiful moss-green colour, a fresh aroma, and a smooth, gently uplifting taste with a hint of natural sweetness.

To prepare, place 1g (about half a level teaspoon) of Matcha powder into a warmed bowl. Add freshly boiled water (80–90°C) and whisk with a bamboo whisk for around 15 seconds until a fine foam forms. Once the surface is silky and smooth, your tea is ready to enjoy.

Packed in a resealable 100g bag. Ideally refrigerate after opening.
