"I ordered several of these in black, white and grey. They are an excellent size and look just as nice as in the photos. One had a teeny blemish, but I didn't mind because I'm sure in a few years they will have a few marks. I find them all easy to open, by placing my thumb under the tiny lip and pushing up. My 8-year-old tried and found it a bit difficult. The caddies feel very nice to hold and look great with my minimalist/scandi style. I showed them to my mother who thought they would be great for non-tea uses (e.g. paperclips, elastics in a home office). The size was really good too. Finally, I had to contact the company about something unrelated and the customer service was outstanding."
