"Much tastier than rooibos teabags. I've read rooibos doesn't hold up for more than one steeping. However, I've found you can get two good cups if the first steep is limited to three minutes, and the second extended to six.
When filtering/sieving you'll need some muslin/cheesecloth or similar: the needles are fine enough to get through most sieves.
