Darjeeling Summer Gold Organic is an elegantly flowery black tea with a delicious muscatel flavour. The tea is handpicked in the Summer for a fuller characteristic and an inviting aroma.

Natural Assam Organic is a rare, top-class bold Assam tea with a honey-like flavour. When brewed, the fine leaves develop a malty tea with a hint of spice typical with a high-quality Assam.

Gu Zhang Mao Jian Organic is a superb green tea with a well-rounded character and gentle sweetness. The delicate buds and leaves from this rare Chinese tea can only be picked ten days a year, creating a truly unique tea.

Christmas Tea Hamper

We’re certain that this selection of three loose-leaf Christmas inspired teas will enchant this year’s festivities. Created to excite the senses, the tea range has been expertly blended to evoke warmth and joy on chilly days and cosy nights in. Each hamper contains x3 100g teas and a reusable tea ball presented in a small wicker hamper.

Christmas Surprise is a flavoured blend of black tea with the taste of marzipan and cinnamon. This festive tea contains almond pieces, grated coconut, cinnamon, cacao, orange peel, star anise, cornflower blossoms and cloves, and smells as good as it tastes.

TEA TASTING

Tea is a vast and fascinating subject and one that, after years of working in the industry, we know inside out. We love to share our expertise with others, which is why we run tea tasting workshops from our base in rural Somerset. Expand your knowledge, refine your taste and have some fun in the process.

At our tasting workshops, you learn about all aspects of tea and its production. We discuss the history of tea, and its origins, explain how it is picked, processed and made into the drink we love. We describe the different varieties of tea, its characteristics and benefits, and how each tea should be brewed.
Of course, it’s not all theory! We have the opportunity to tastes many teas throughout the workshops and brew a selection of teas, including black, green, white and oolong, followed by fruit and herbal infusions.
