This handcrafted tea is produced using the traditional ancient methods. Only the youngest buds together with the first two fresh, velvety leaves are picked to achieve the quality of this top class Pai Mu Tan tea.

Throughout the process the leaves curl around the bud with the soft silvery undersides creating the impression of fluff.

The brewed tea tastes fragrant, flowery, fine and aromatic. The cup colour appears a light, golden yellow colour.

"The wonderful thing about this tea is that I can have it two ways. Light & golden for a refreshing drink or a well-brewed extea strong for those times when I'm harkening after something with more of a kick."
