The small Tumsong estate is located in the district of Ghoom around 30km from Darjeeling town.
The tea plants thrive at an altitude of between 820m and 1650m.
"Hi David, Thank you for your feedback - just a general pointer with regard to the Darjeeling. The Tumsong is a first flush Darjeeling and naturally very pale in the cup and rather delicate in the cup. It is floral and fragrant. If you prefer more depth in a Darjeeeling we recommend to chose a second flush like the Darjeeling Seeyok, Margarete's Hope or Darjeeling Summer. "
