While this tea has long been part of our assortment as a conventionally grown variety, we are delighted to now offer it in organic quality. Sourced from Zhejiang Province, it is harvested at altitudes of 500–600 meters from the beginning of April. The cultivation area lies near the iconic Jiu Long Shan (Mountain of the Nine Dragons), producing tea of exceptional character.
Known for its “wild” or “criss cross” leaf structure, the dark green, twisted Sinensis leaves brew into a cup with a delicate aroma and a bright, lemon-yellow liquor. Soft and gentle on the palate yet remarkably aromatic, this tea delivers a truly refined green tea experience.

Light green
This green tea from the Zhejiang region has only been cultivated since the end of the 19th century, but that does nothing to minimise its illustriousness and popularity. The name Mao Feng means ‘hairy tips’ and comes from the particularly narrow, rich green leaves that are reminiscent of tiny spearheads. Tea connoisseurs appreciate its sweet taste and the delicate, lime-coloured cup.
