Such an exquisite tea can only be achieved by hand processing with great care and attention.  Dragon well is traditionally one of the finest green teas, the name Dragon Well relates to the shape of the tea leaves which are reminiscent of a 'flying dragon'.

This exquisite cup yields a slightly sweet taste with a beautifully bright yellow cup colour. Repeat brewing is possible and even after several brews the tea still shows much character.
