Good Night, Sleep Tight

Teas can help calm and relax the body and mind and promote better sleep. So when the day has been long or tough, we can always rely on a good cup of tea to help us unwind. Caffeine-free teas and herbal infusions are wonderful for naturally promoting wellness and relaxation. They are nature's little miracles, and why they are used in teas worldwide.

Good Night, Sleep Tight

Some of the best ingredients that make relaxing teas are:

Ginger helps to promote balance and good health. Ginger is rich in phytonutrients and antioxidants. In addition, research shows that it can    have anti-inflammatory and immune- stimulating properties. Ginger is another excellent ingredient to remedy stomach and digestive            challenges, but first and foremost, ginger in teas tastes fantastic and gives a hint of spice to any herbal blend.

Camomile Camomile tea, tisanes, and infusions have antioxidant properties, and many experts suggest that it can calm the body, alleviate stomach           upsets, and soothe sore skin. In addition, many studies indicate that chamomile also contains flavonoids and apigenin, which bind specific           brain receptors that can aid sleep and relaxation.

Camomile is a beneficial herb that is naturally caffeine-free. It can be delightfully calming and highly aromatic, evoking warmth and relaxation.

Rooibos is naturally caffeine-free; it makes a delicious, semi-sweet and aromatic tea. It is packed with Vitamin C and full   of antioxidants, minerals   such as iron, calcium and potassium, and alpha-hydroxy acid, promoting good skin health.   Many claims are made, and serious research is being carried out in Japan and Europe. Just ask Google!

Rooibos Tea contains no naturally bitter tannins either, so no matter how many times you brew the loose-leaf tea or how   long you leave it in the pot, it will never, ever get bitter.

The naturally soft taste of Rooibos also makes a perfect baseline for many other flavours. From orange to Chai spices,   ideal for helping with a good night's sleep.
