TEN FRESH FLAVOURS FOR SPRING

TEN FRESH FLAVOURS FOR SPRING

The bluebells are blooming, the lambs are frolicking, the days are lengthening, and the sun is finally peeping through the clouds. This can mean only one thing: spring has arrived. And we think it’s a cause for celebration. To mark the occasion, we’ve put together a list of 10 of our favourite springtime teas:

1. Green Angel Teavelope:

If it’s refreshment you’re after, this tea is hard to beat. Subtle flavours of pear and peach combine with the delicate flavour of organic green tea to create a brew that’s nothing short of delicious. What’s more, it comes in handy teavelope form: making it convenient to enjoy whether you’re at home or on the go.

2. Lemon Sky Teavelope

The vibrant, citrus flavours of our bestselling fruit infusion will make your taste buds come alive. Lemon juice, lemongrass, apple pieces and blackberry leaves are just some of the ingredients that make this such a popular blend. It’s naturally caffeine-free, too – meaning that you can enjoy it with a clear conscience.

3. Pai Mu Tan

An award-winning organic white tea. Its beautiful, golden-yellow cup colour is a feast for the eyes, and its mild, fresh flavour a tonic to the palate. If you haven’t tried white tea before, we strongly recommend you give this one a go.

4. Leafcup Cream Orange

This exquisite herbal infusion couples full-bodied rooibos with the creamy taste of vanilla and orange. The innovative Leafcup filter hooks onto the side of your cup, and expands to allow the tea’s delicious flavours to develop.

5. Groovy Green Collection

We’ve picked three of our favourite Ronnefeldt loose-leaf green teas, and brought them together to form this tasty selection. It includes 100g of each of the tangy Organic Bancha, the fruity Morning Dew, and the delicate Gu Zhang Mao Jian. Perfect for a gift, or a treat for yourself (go on…)

6. Wellness Taster Collection

If you’re new to the world of infusions, this collection gives you the perfect induction. It contains 10 enticing blends – all naturally caffeine free, and all a delight to imbibe. They include the calming Sleep Well, the invigorating Essential Energy, the fragrant Ginger Twist and the fruity Maqui Mandra.

7. Copa Cabana

Just as exotic as it sounds, this tea has a refreshing tropical flavour that includes notes of pineapple, raspberry, mango and passionfruit. It’s delicious hot – but if the sun’s out, why not raid the ice-cube tray and try it cold?

8. Fairy Spring

No list of spring teas would be complete without this exquisite white tea blend. It’s a fusion of the delicate Pai Mu Tan tea, and fragrant natural flavours such lemon verbena and bergamot.

9. Mango Magic

Another tropical blend – this time, of Japanese green Sencha and mango. It’s new this spring, and we think you’ll like its fruity, refreshing flavour. We certainly do.

10. Darjeeling first flush Badamtam

A premium single-estate tea with a delicate, fresh and flowery taste. Produced from the first shoots of the tea-growing season, the prized first flush is synonymous with the start of spring. The perfect note, then, on which to end our list – and we hope it’s given you some inspiration.
